Our Community

Hillsdale Community’s story began in 1985 as one of several townhome communities developing to keep pace with the growing Burke population. Over the more than 30 year history, Hillsdale has been home to hundreds of families. Take time to meet the residents who have been here since the very beginning.

Today, Hillsdale Community has local bus service; is within a five minute commute to two VRE stations; is walking distance to Monticello Park, Royal Lake Park, and our very own Tot Lot; and a short drive to Target, Walmart, and many more grocery stores, restaurants, and commercial shopping options. Hillsdale is also a 10 minute drive from interstate 495, and a fifteen minute drive from interstate 66.
