Appeals

To initiate the appeals procedure, the applicant must submit a written appeal within twenty (20) days of receiving formal written notification from the ACC to approve conditionally or disapprove the proposed change.

An appeal to the Hillsdale Community Association’s Board of Directors may be made if it appears that the following situations occurred:

• Proper procedures were not followed during the administration and review process.
• The Architectural Control Committee decision was arbitrary and had no rational basis.
