After several years in the planning stage, Monticello Park (at the northeast corner of Burke Road and Guinea Road) is open. The park includes a parking area, an open area, an off-leash dog area, a playground, a skating area and trails.
The 2020 Homeowner Assessment rate is $300 and is due quarterly. This fee covers community maintenance; trash, recycling, and snow removal; and community improvement projects. Based on a 2019 engineering study, in 2020, the community will begin a multi-year project to improve how water drains within the community.
